Ibotta Make It Rain Bonus

Terms and Conditions

The Ibotta Make It Rain Bonus is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation. Bonus void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Only actual purchasers of Qualified Products (defined below) may participate. Groups, clubs, or organizations may not participate in this Bonus. By participating in the Bonus, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Ibotta, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Bonus.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

The Bonus is available starting March 18th, 2024 at 9am MT for select eligible participants and ends on April 30th, 2024 at 11:59pm MT (the “Referral Period”). Eligibility may expand on a rolling basis. Check Ibotta (App, website or browser extension) to see if the Bonus is still available.

To participate as a new user:

  1. download and install the Ibotta App, website, or browser extension;
  2. register for Ibotta by creating an account and accepting the Ibotta Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in one of the following ways;
    1. register without a referral code;
    2. register with a personal referral code;
    3. register with the Make It Rain referral code;
  3. if registered with the Make It Rain referral code, engage with the Make It Rain augmented reality experience; and
  4. complete a redemption of a Qualifying Offer during the Referral Period.

Redemptions must be completed by the end of the Referral Period. A “Qualifying Offer” includes an offer, Any Brand, or Any Receipt Offer. Online shopping transactions are not considered a Qualifying Offer until the offer pending period is complete and the offer is credited to the user’s account. Ibotta reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substantiate receipts and Bonus redemption requests and to require any participant to provide additional identification, documentation, original UPC codes and/or original sales receipts for purposes thereof. Proof of submission of a receipt does not constitute proof of receipt of request by Ibotta. After your submission is verified, you will receive the Bonus. 2. BONUS

New users who successfully participate by completing each of the above steps will receive one of the following Bonuses, depending on their registration method:

  1. if the new user registers without a referral code, then they will receive welcome series incentives upon completing a redemptions of Qualifying Offers (e.g. $1 for 2 Redemptions; $2 for 2 Redemptions; $3 for 3 Redemptions; $4 for 4 Redemptions; $5 for 5 Redemptions)(the “Bonus”);
  2. if the new user registers with a personal referral code, then they will receive:
    1. a $5 bonus for their first redemption of a Qualifying Offer; and
    2. the remainder of the Bonus (e.g. $2 for 2 Redemptions; $3 for 3 Redemptions; $4 for 4 Redemptions; $5 for 5 Redemptions);
  3. if the new user registers with the Make It Rain referral code, then they will receive:
    1. a random bonus amount, up to $100, for their first redemption of a Qualifying Offer; and
    2. the remainder of the Bonus (e.g. $2 for 2 Redemptions; $3 for 3 Redemptions; $4 for 4 Redemptions; $5 for 5 Redemptions).

MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) BONUS PER PERSON/HOUSEHOLD/E-MAIL ADDRESS/IBOTTA ACCOUNT.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in this Bonus, you agree to release and hold harmless Ibotta, Inc., Walmart Inc. (or other retailers) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers and advertising and promotions agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability or damages arising from or in connection with your participation in the Bonus and/or the acceptance, redemption, use, misuse, or possession of a Bonus including, but not limited to, liability arising from or in connection with third-party claims. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, undelivered or misdirected requests, e-mail, Bonus, or for other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Bonus, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Bonus or in any Bonus related materials. The Released Parties are further not responsible for any damage to any computer system or mobile device resulting from participation in the Bonus or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Bonus. Ibotta reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit, modify or cancel any portion of this Bonus in the event it is not capable of running as planned.

4. GENERAL

Bonus subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Receipts that Ibotta determines to have been obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels will be void. Receipts cannot be sold, traded, auctioned, or bartered; all such receipts will be void. Fraudulent redemption requests will not be honored and could result in criminal or civil action to the extent allowed by law. Duplicate requests and requests from resellers, dealers/distributors, their employees or warehouse facilities, groups, clubs or organizations will be void. Ibotta reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject participation of any individual who Ibotta determines, in its sole discretion: has tampered with or attempted to tamper with the Bonus redemption process or the operation of the Bonus; has violated the Bonus Terms and Conditions in any way; or has acted in a disruptive, harassing or otherwise improper or illegal manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Bonus may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Ibotta reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. All Bonus requests become the property of Ibotta and will not be returned.

5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Ibotta at its discretion change these Terms or any aspect of the Bonus. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE Bonus AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST STOP YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE Bonus.

6. TERMINATION BY IBOTTA

Ibotta may terminate the Bonus or your participation in the Bonus at Ibotta’s discretion without notice.

7. PRIVACY

Any personally identifiable information collected from participant during participation in the Bonus will be collected in accordance with Ibotta’s Privacy Policy located at https://legal.ibotta.com/policies.
