Unlock Exclusive Offers with Access Codes

We're always looking for new ways to help you save more, and access codes are one of our favorite tools to do just that. Think of them as a VIP key that unlocks special offers and bonuses inside the Ibotta app.

What is an access code?

An access code is a short code you can enter in the Ibotta app to unlock exclusive cash back offers or bonus rewards. They're our way of giving select Savers a little extra something special.

How do I get one?

Keep your eyes peeled! Access codes are shared through Ibotta's email campaigns, push notifications, and social media channels. If you're not already following us on social and have push notifications turned on, now's a great time to set that up so you never miss out.

Note: Ibotta Care agents and our chatbot Carlotta aren't able to provide access codes, so there's no need to reach out to support — just watch your inbox and feeds.

How do I redeem an access code?

It's simple:

1. Open the Ibotta app and go to your Profile page (tap the drop-down in the upper-left corner of the home screen).

2. Navigate to the Access Codes page.

3. Enter your code and tap Submit.

4. If valid, you'll see a confirmation and can tap View bonus / View offer(s) / View reward to see what you unlocked.

Just make sure to double-check your spelling — codes may be case-sensitive!

A few things to keep in mind

Access codes are personalized, so not every code will be available to every Saver. They can also have expiration dates, limited quantities, and can only be used once per Saver. If a code doesn't work for you, it may have expired, run out, or simply not be part of your personalized offer set this time around.
