Personalized requests

Need to report an issue? You can do so 24/7 within the app or online.

In-app requests

Open your Profile menu and tap Help toward the bottom of the page. If you need help with a recent purchase, tap Get help with a purchase. 

If you need help with something else, tap Visit the Help Center. From here you can chat with Carlotta — our Ibotta Care chatbot — and submit a request.

Online Requests

Visit help.ibotta.com and tap or click Submit a Request in the top-right corner. From here you can chat with Carlotta — our Ibotta Care chatbot — and submit a request.

When you’re chatting with Carlotta the chatbot, it’ll give you a few options to get you started. If none of those options apply, you can also ask a question. The chatbot may walk you through your request step-by-step, or provide you with a helpful article. 

If the chatbot doesn’t resolve your issue, it can help you submit a request to Ibotta Care. After a request is submitted, an Ibotta Care team member will be in touch within 2 business days.

Account history

Need to check on a recent request? Visit help.ibotta.com, sign into your account in the top-right corner, and tap or click My activities. Here you will find all of your requests, and their statuses, organized neatly in one place.
